Yesterday morning, on Friday, October 4th, I purchased a burrito from Viva Burrito located on 72nd and Pecos in Denver, Colorado. To my horror, I discovered a large razor blade inside the burrito when I bit into it. I was shocked and disgusted by this finding and felt violated. When I returned the burrito with the razor blade, the staff only offered me a refund and apologized. This incident left me deeply upset and disturbed. I have photographic evidence of the razor blade in the burrito. I would appreciate it if someone could address this matter promptly.
