Hello, I ordered Hoshi Sushi last night and had to discard all the food as it was of poor quality. The ramen broth spilled in the bag, and the sushi was soggy. This morning, my wife and I got food poisoning. I am hoping for a refund or credit for this unsatisfactory order. I would like to keep the tip for the driver but would appreciate a refund for the food. I have attached a picture of the sushi. Although the ramen was worse, I threw it away immediately due to how it made me feel. I don't usually complain but the quality was so poor that I had to say something. Hello, I have encountered issues with my recent orders and I am seeking a refund to be processed back to my initial payment method. There were problems with two orders placed. In the first instance, the delivery driver mistakenly delivered the wrong order due to mixing them up with another before mine. When I reached out to the driver, they refused to exchange the orders. The restaurant stated that the driver was responsible for correcting the mistake. Subsequently, I placed a second order, which failed to be delivered at all. Despite this, charges were incurred for both transactions. I received an Uber Eats email offering a £15 discount on a £15+ order for my first purchase. I ordered 2 Caramel Iced Lattes and 6 orders of hash browns from Dunkin' Donuts. My delivery partner, Johal, at [redacted], was not as prompt as expected. During our phone conversation, he repeatedly interrupted me and appeared rude and impatient. The delivery was delayed by 40 minutes. Upon drinking our coffees, my friend and I noticed a strange, almost "fizzy" and "sparkly" taste, causing us to feel ill and vomit. This is the first time we encountered this issue with our regular order. We experienced symptoms like lightheadedness, dizziness, and minor chest pains afterward. Hello, my name is Stephora Charles. I made an order for pick up using the Ubereats app at the Madison restaurant on L'Avenir Boulevard in Laval last Sunday. My order included calamaris, a cheeseburger, fish tacos, and two slices of dulce leche cheesecake. After a long journey back home via bus transit, which took around 2 hours, I discovered that the desserts were missing from my order. I contacted Ubereats support and the Madison restaurant to address the issue, but I have been instructed to seek a refund through Ubereats. I placed an order at Footprint’s Restaurant on Clarendon Rd in Brooklyn, NY at around 4:30-4:45 pm. The original delivery time was 6:10 pm, but my order was passed between 3 different drivers, causing a delay. It's now 6:36 pm, and the third driver marked the delivery as "picked up" but was still at the restaurant because he went to McDonald’s due to a long wait. 1. If there are set delivery times, drivers who are delayed should be compensated for their time waiting. I've experienced this issue with UberEats before. 2. The customer service agent abruptly ended the chat and falsely claimed they couldn't reach the driver, which was unhelpful. 3. Despite finally receiving my food after a long wait, it arrived cold and seemed like it had been sitting for a while. The only positive was the driver's communication, but overall, there should be better customer service and delivery coordination.

I placed an order this morning around 6:59 am and was charged almost double the amount. It seems like UberEATS charged me for orders I had previously paid for, including tips for the drivers. Driver Disappeared with Food! My hungry teenagers are now angry. The driver was near my house on the map, but suddenly the order closed, and I saw her drive away. Phoebe needs to be held accountable and not be allowed to continue delivering. It's frustrating that someone would act this way, especially when trying to feed my kids. Uber Eats should improve their driver screening process to prevent incidents like this.

I am Daiyonah F. I ordered from Haverford Grill and Soul on Sunday, August 23. Unfortunately, I received the wrong food. I contacted the delivery person, who conveyed that it was what the restaurant provided. There seems to be an error on my receipt as it does not list my name correctly. Despite placing the order at 7:23, the receipt shows 7:28, which suggests a mistake on the restaurant's part. I had ordered shrimp, mashed potatoes, and sweet potato fries. Due to the unavailability of sweet potato fries, I agreed on rice as a substitute. However, I received fish, green beans, and mac and cheese instead.

I recommended a friend to Uber Eats using my referral code for a £15 discount on their order. My friend successfully received the discount, but I did not receive the promised £15 off for my next order. When I reached out to Uber Eats via chat, they repeatedly stated they do not provide refunds or compensation, even though I was not asking for that. They also claimed in their terms and conditions there is no guarantee that both the referrer and referee will receive £15 off. This contradicts the offer advertised on their site. When I brought this up, they mentioned it was because I was not a new user, but how could a new user refer someone? I am extremely disappointed as I find this offer to be misleading and untrue.

I was not aware that my order would be combined with others for delivery. There are multiple stops before my food reaches me. Despite your claims of saving money, I am still being charged a 3.99 delivery fee plus the Uber Eats service fee. This seems contradictory to your saving money claims. It feels like false advertising in my opinion! I will certainly file a complaint if my food arrives cold.

I recently ordered a delivery from Boojum, and it arrived within 10 minutes of placing my order, which was great as the estimated delivery time was initially set for 12:10pm. However, I was later informed that the delivery would be delayed because the driver had another delivery prior to mine. This delay caused me to miss my lunch break at work, and I was concerned that the food would arrive cold after sitting for at least 20 minutes. When I tried to cancel the order, I was informed that I could not be refunded as the food was already prepared.
