I ordered two Supernatural hoodies in early November, but I have yet to receive them despite payment being deducted from my account. The purchase does not even show up in my order history. I distinctly remember selecting the largest size available when placing my order. I am extremely disappointed by this experience and feel like I have been scammed once again. I am considering reporting this incident to the authorities and spreading the word on social media to warn others about your unethical practices. I have been a victim of online scams before and will not tolerate it any longer. Please refund me or deliver my items promptly to avoid further action against your business.

I would like to cancel my order for three pairs of boots that are priced at $74 each. I mistakenly thought they were on a 50% discount. The colors are brown and black. Despite sending pictures and waiting over a week, I have not received a response. I am also concerned about the delayed refunds via PayPal and inaccurate discounts on your site. Some products received do not match the descriptions or pictures provided, leading to disappointment. Your reputation on Trustpilot is at 60%, indicating room for improvement. I placed two orders on December 1, [redacted]. The first order was for Amy Hill at [redacted] Chickasaw Dr. Apt 4, Circleville, OH [redacted], totalling 24 items for $[redacted].02. Despite my efforts to change the name and address, I was informed it couldn't be modified. The second order was for Lori Hall at [redacted] Amanda Southern Rd. SW, Amanda, OH [redacted], for 6 items amounting to $44.95. Unfortunately, due to technical issues, I lost my order numbers. I need to track these items as Christmas is approaching. I paid for both orders using my debit card ending in [redacted]. If I do not receive the items by the promised date of January 3, I would like a full refund. I purchased items from Wish.com in September and paid with my credit card. Recently, Klarna contacted me claiming I need to pay them for the same items. I reached out to Wish.com, but have not received a resolution yet. I am frustrated with the situation and the poor quality of the items received, none of which I have even used. Despite already paying with my credit card during the order, Klarna continues to demand payment. This situation lacks trustworthiness and I expect a refund to my credit card account. I would like to request a refund for an order mistakenly placed which I did not authorize. I received a worn wig that I cannot use and I was charged $[redacted].00, which is vital for my rent. Kindly refund this amount to my card as soon as possible so I can fulfill my rent obligation. You may keep the item delivered in error. Good evening, on November 10, [redacted], I placed this order with PaQi for a Nero & Rosso universal car seat cover. When it arrived on November 28, [redacted], it was completely different from the description and photo. I requested a refund on November 29, [redacted], and received the shipping label via email to return it for a refund within 14 days. On November 30, [redacted], I shipped the package via the post office and have the shipping receipt. As of today, December 22, [redacted], I have not received any updates on the return, and the app doesn't provide any information. I am unable to contact anyone. I have the shipping receipt and can contest the shipment if needed in the future. I would like to know what is happening and await a prompt response and solution. Thank you.

I ordered a touchless automatic fingerprint-resistant silver trash can but received a mini pink trash can. This is not what I ordered, and I am disappointed. I have tried to contact support for help but haven't been successful. I also have additional items that I ordered and have not received yet. I am hoping for assistance in resolving this issue. I was double charged for a standing air conditioner from Wish, and I have not received a confirmation email. I am extremely frustrated and I require a refund promptly. I have been waiting for a resolution for a considerable amount of time. Whenever I attempt to reach out to Wish, I only receive automated responses without any real help. I was billed twice for 1,[redacted] Swedish krona each, totaling 3,[redacted] Swedish krona. While I tried to remain patient, I have run out of tolerance now.

I have 6 items that were originally due by December 19th, but now the delivery date has been pushed to December 28th, according to Fed X. These items are Christmas pajamas for my family, including my dog. If they do not arrive before Christmas, I will need a refund for all six items. They are currently stuck in PA, which is not acceptable. Please cancel the order for those items and refund my money promptly so I can purchase what I need for my family before Christmas. I accidentally clicked "pay" while trying to enter a discount code on Wish. After contacting my bank, I was advised to reach out to Wish for help. Despite trying to cancel the order within 10 minutes of placing it, I struggled to do so using the product by product cancellation feature on the site. I successfully canceled 11 items but encountered an issue with the 12th, which was worth [redacted] pounds. Frustrated by the experience, I contacted my bank, and they assisted me with a dispute form. I am uncertain if I will receive a full refund at this point. I am extremely upset about this situation and feel deceived. I will avoid ordering from Chinese companies in the future. The return policy and process seem questionable, especially considering the amount involved. I caution others to avoid dealing with this company in light of my experience.

Hello, I made a purchase from your website back in November. Recently, I received an email stating that my order has been delivered, but I am unsure where it was sent. I purchased a Naruto cap, but it did not arrive on time, so I assumed it was lost. I requested a refund since it was supposed to be delivered on December 18th (ordered on November 24th). However, the package was just delivered today, and I already received the refund. Should I return the money or send the package back, or can I keep it since the refund was due to the late delivery?
