I have been double-charged for two identical orders I placed, Order #: 609a560e177db83d7d0f4b80 and Order #: 609a55613ba2a[redacted]7. This situation is frustrating as I have not received the items and have been billed twice. Despite my numerous attempts to contact customer support through the Wish website, Facebook, and Instagram, I have not received any assistance. It is disappointing to only interact with bots and not be able to reach a human for help. I kindly request a refund for the duplicate charge and the order that did not arrive, as well as a confirmation from a real person.

I placed an order on May 8th, and you initially claimed it was delivered the next day on May 9th, which seemed unlikely. Then, you indicated it was actually delivered on May 8th, causing confusion. The order number is 6093f460bcad0f176202dff5 with the shipping address as [redacted] Richland Colony Road, Knoxville. After checking with the US Post Office using the tracking number provided, I was informed the package was delivered to Arbor Terrace Nursing Home at [redacted] Cross Park Dr, Knoxville, TN [redacted]. It appears there might be a mix-up with the labels or tracking numbers as I have not received my package. If this is not resolved promptly by delivering the item or providing a refund, I will have to escalate the issue to my credit card company as a potential fraudulent charge from WISH. Hello, I have been in touch with "Wish" regarding a mistake in my recent global order totaling [redacted].53 euros paid through Paypal on March 8, [redacted]. The order reference number is - [redacted]4f1d1228e433d1. After requesting a refund for all 13 items in the order, I was informed that the process might take 15 to 60 days. However, as of May 18, [redacted], I have not received any refunds or retro commissions. Whenever I attempt to contact customer support, I am redirected to a payment issue page requesting my ID with no resolution. I am caught in a cycle of ineffective communication and blocked account status without explanation. Despite numerous attempts, I remain unable to reach a resolution. This situation is unacceptable, as I have paid for items I have not received and am unable to engage with customer support effectively. I urge immediate action to rectify this matter and unblock my account. Failure to do so leaves me out of pocket for [redacted].53 euros, which is a severe inconvenience and unfair. My husband is wheelchair-bound. On April 7th, he tried to order a vape but believes the caregiver may have unintentionally checked out more items. After checking his email, we found no order confirmation. When the credit card statement arrived two weeks later, we were shocked to see a charge of S$[redacted].00. I promptly contacted customer support but am struggling to get a clear answer on returning the unwanted items and receiving a refund. It's been very stressful as my husband relies on financial assistance, and the $[redacted] is significant to him. Please assist me. Order [redacted]6C108df46CC: The fabric is of poor quality and too short. The item is described as an elegant party dress for a mother of the bride, but it looks more suitable for a carnival costume or nightgown. I've been trying to return this since May 6th, but the system won't let me attach a photo to process the return. I keep receiving repetitive emails that don't help at all, just wasting my time. They seem to delay the return process intentionally. They also keep sending me information in English even though I've requested it in Spanish, causing further delays. This is not how you treat customers. I am very upset and will never buy from wish again. It's a SCAM. The system's inability to accept photos is hindering my return process.

I placed an order in November [redacted] that has not been processed. Despite my numerous attempts over the past 6 months to cancel and get a refund for an item that never shipped, the customer service team keeps claiming it is "in process" and cannot be canceled. Each time I contacted them, they mentioned a refund if the item wasn't received by December [redacted], but now they refuse to refund me stating I've waited too long. This inconsistency in their responses and failure to provide a refund is frustrating. I feel like my money has been taken by Wish due to their poor customer service. I have experienced similar issues with another order as well. I hope to resolve these problems to continue being a loyal customer, but this situation is unacceptable.

I inadvertently encountered an issue with my drone order. While attempting to purchase a $6 wrench separately, all the items in my cart were charged, including six drones. I only intended to buy the wrench and planned to remove five drones before finalizing the order. Despite my efforts to contact customer support, I have been unsuccessful. I was browsing the Wish app this morning for some shoes. While going through the app, I noticed some orders that I hadn't purchased yet. I removed one item from my cart because the size was wrong, but I didn't complete the order. However, without my consent, I was charged $[redacted].00 on my Venmo card for items that I didn't actually buy. Even though my cart appears empty with no order details, I received this charge. I need the $[redacted].00 refunded to my Venmo card today. If this isn't resolved promptly, I will no longer shop with your store. Thank you, Pattyanne Hanson. I am experiencing recurring issues with missing packages being returned to the sender due to incorrect addresses. I am requesting a refund or express re-shipping of all the items affected. Despite having the accurate address on my account, the packages are continuously being sent to random addresses. Retrieving the packages from the post office is not an option due to legal restrictions. The app's changing arrival dates are hindering my ability to process refunds. I have documented evidence of these occurrences. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I demand a full refund for the undelivered products. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service as I have had more packages returned than actually received since my first shipment. I inadvertently ordered 8 Beyblades instead of 2 due to not receiving a confirmation for my purchase. After realizing I wouldn't get one, I ended up with more items than intended. I have returned the extra 6 Beyblades via Canada Post, posted on May 5th and delivered on May 10th with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. My total purchase was $[redacted].94, and mailing back the 6 items cost me an additional $19.20. I have not yet seen the refund on my credit card and have been asked for a receipt copy, which I am unsure how to provide. Being 80 years old, I find this process quite frustrating and am eagerly awaiting the credit to be applied to my Visa promptly. Thank you.

Your customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order for a chain and pendant two days ago. While my bank shows that the payment to Wish for the items went through and $43 was deducted, I have not received a tracking number or order details. There have been no emails, and I have been unable to reach anyone via phone. My order history on the website is also empty. It is frustrating that despite payment being processed, there seems to be no record of my order within your system. Please contact me at [redacted] with explanations and solutions promptly. The lack of communication and clarity is unprofessional. If this issue is not addressed today, I will have to seek a full refund through my bank, as the payment transaction is clearly documented on my account. I have been trying to reach out to wish regarding more than 10 items that I paid for but have not received. Wish claims the tracking numbers show the items were delivered to my address. After contacting various carriers, I found out that one of the packages had the wrong address, one that doesn't even exist. This has caused a lot of frustration, especially during a difficult time as I am dealing with legal matters after my mother's passing. I have now involved the Postmaster and USPS customer service in an investigation. Stay tuned for updates on how this will be resolved.

I am reaching out about an order I made a month ago on wish.com. Recently, my order history on their website has disappeared, making it impossible for me to access the order number for tracing purposes. I had purchased around 24 blouses and eight rings, originally expecting them to be shipped separately with their own tracking numbers. However, they were later combined into a single shipment. On May 27th, [redacted], I only received three blouses and eight rings. None of the other items have arrived, even though I was charged for all 24 blouses and rings in my checking account. Despite searching on their site, I couldn't locate the missing blouses. I placed the order on or before April 24th, [redacted]. I am encountering issues with Wish delivering my packages to the wrong address. My physical address is [redacted] Wachtel Ave, St. Louis, MO [redacted], and my shipping address is PO Box [redacted], St. Louis, MO [redacted]. They only refunded me for one item. Despite providing my order numbers, they claim not to understand my complaint. This problem has persisted since May, and they continue to prompt me to purchase more items, which doesn't make sense since all my orders are affected. I am having issues receiving my orders from Kohl's. I have spent a lot of money and have not gotten any items. I have been contacting support for the past 2 months but have not received any helpful response. I requested to place my account on hold, but it wasn't done.
