I have not received the items listed on my credit card statement, yet I am being billed for them. This situation has left me extremely upset. The packages were expected to arrive by today, December 24, [redacted], in time for Christmas gift-giving. However, they have not shown up as promised. As a result, I request that all my orders with Wish be canceled, as the company has failed to deliver the items. I placed an order on 12/15/[redacted], shipped from China with an expected arrival of 12/19 or 12/20. On 12/17, I checked the tracking and was surprised to see it marked delivered on that day, even though it was still in process in China. After informing the seller I hadn't received anything, I provided the order ID as requested. Despite this, I received emails on the 20th, 21st, and again today asking for the ID and to check the order status. The tracking clearly shows it was still in process on the 17th, making it impossible for me to have received it. This is the second issue I've had with Wish orders; a previous one took 3 months instead of the anticipated 2 weeks. I urge you to review the tracking details and either deliver the order promptly or process a refund. My trust in Wish has been shaken by this experience.

I missed my pickup date at Wish, and now they have refunded me minus a restocking fee. I had issues at the store with the package not being found, leading to delays in processing my refund. I am requesting a full refund or for the package to be reshipped. Thank you. - Gwen Roberts

I ordered a silver Touchless trashcan, but received a pink one instead. There were no instructions on how to return it. I have been trying to reach customer support to inquire about my order, but haven't received any response. I just want the correct item I paid for. It has been a month since I made 4 orders in November, and I have not received any of them. I believe I should receive my pending orders free of charge due to the delay. I am hopeful this issue will be resolved promptly. I am eager to refer customers to your service, but I need to receive my orders on time and resolve any order issues quickly.

I would like to cancel my entire order so that I can further research the products, availability, and prices. It is disappointing that I have to sift through the promotional ads to find accurate information. I realized too late that I did not have the chance to review my order before payment was processed. My wife, Mary K., purchased a black jewelry armoire with a full mirror outside and a small mirror inside during the first week of December. We have already paid for it, but we have not received any shipping information or tracking number. Our address is [redacted] Lewis St. in Endicott, NY [redacted]. We are very disappointed as this was meant to be a Christmas gift. The armoire can be mounted on a wall, floor, or hung from a door. Hello, I accidentally placed an order without reviewing the items in my cart first. I intended to review and finalize my cart selection before placing the order, but it went through prematurely. There are duplicate items that I need to sort through to select the ones I prefer. To simplify, please cancel the entire order so I can choose the items I want. I have a balance on my Wish Cash and I'm trying to find out if there's a way to transfer the balance to my current card instead of the old card number on my Wish account. I remember selecting Wish Cash as my payment method with the old card, but now I have a new card since the old one is no longer active on my Wish account. I ordered a new card and I'm wondering if it's possible to transfer the Wish Cash balance to this new card. Thank you.

I placed two orders, one in November for $68 and another on December 4th for $50.44. I have not received either order. I would like a refund to be issued back to my debit card for the full amount. It is frustrating that it is already December 27th, nearly the New Year, and I have yet to receive my items. I accidentally purchased two Bluetooth keyboard covers for an iPad Pro 9.7/Air. I mistakenly thought I ordered an iPad 9.7 and a cover. They are unused in their original packaging. I ordered socks with cats giving the middle finger, but received cute cat footies instead. The correct pair is not worth the return hassle due to the low cost. Can I have six pairs of the flipping bird socks in light blue instead of the dark blue I ordered? Another color might bring better luck. I received my order, but unfortunately, the items were mismarked. The package indicated the correct item I ordered, but the contents were incorrect. I had ordered six pairs of dark blue socks featuring a grey cat making a gesture. However, I received footies with a lovely cat face design instead. I understand that exchanges are not typically offered, but would it be possible to receive the correct socks I ordered in light blue instead of dark blue at no additional cost? Given the low value of the socks, I believe a refund may not be necessary in this situation.

I received the incorrect order. Although the package was marked correctly, the contents were not what I expected. Instead of dark blue socks with a gray cat making a particular gesture, I received dark blue and purple socks with cute cat faces. These were intended as Christmas gifts, so it is crucial to get the correct ones. Is it possible to receive the same socks in light blue? Additionally, I have encountered a problem with not receiving a pickup code from Wish for my items at the St. Louis store. This has been frustrating and disappointing.

I placed an order on Wish for items that I could pick up for free on December 24. The order confirmation stated that I could pick them up between December 25 and January 1, or face a 20% restocking fee. Today, December 27, when I went to Union Pharmacy to collect my order, only one item was ready. Surprisingly, the QR code showed that the rest of my items were already picked up on the same day. I only wanted to get one item, but the pharmacy insisted that I return tomorrow, suggesting that perhaps due to the holiday, the other items weren't ready. However, the order indicated they were available for pick up since December 25.

I have been ordering hooded sweatshirts from Wish Kiss without any issues using my debit cards. However, after trying to use a different card, it doesn't accept my info for the order. I have used the same card for other purchases successfully, so I know it's not the card causing the problem. Whenever I attempt to place an order using this card, it won't let me complete the process. I have tried to change the payment settings without success as well. Good morning, I have encountered an issue with several orders that I would like to resolve promptly. I ordered a mirror, but apparently selected an option that was not the mirror I wanted. Upon receipt, I was sent a sticker to return it, but was surprised to see a charge of 6 euros for return shipping. I wish to return it without any expenses as the advertisement was misleading. I placed an order in November, but it hasn't arrived yet. I'm concerned that the person responsible for shipping my item may have misled me about its status and cheated me. Hello, I have not received my order with reference number 5fbfafeb05e1b1a7201a35de. It was supposed to arrive between December 5th and the 23rd. I am unable to track the package, as when I log into Wish, the website is in Russian. I click on random things and think I am making mistakes. I was assured all year that my orders would arrive on August 8th, but they have not shown up. I received a message stating it was too late for a refund. I would like a refund for the undelivered merchandise so I can place the order again. If this is not possible, I will have to lodge a complaint against the company.
