Order UM[redacted]46CN arrived with the wrong items. Instead of the Luxury Ultra-thin armor case with kickstand, adhesion, anti-knock, and dirt-resistant features for 4.7inch and 5.5inch iPhones in black, gold, blue, red, or silver colors made of soft TPU/Silicone+PC/Plastic+Metal Stand Holder, I got two pieces of tempered glass. The case was meant to provide fashionable carbon fiber pattern protection for the camera and screen, compatible with iPhone 7/7 Plus/6 6S/6 6S Plus/5/5S/SE, Samsung Galaxy S7/S7 edge/S8/S8+/J3 J5 J7 2[redacted]/J5 Prime J7 Prime, and Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. However, please note that the magnetic car phone holder is not included.

I ordered four products from the same store and have not received them despite paying for them. The status says they have been shipped, but there are no further details provided. The store has closed, and I am unable to contact anyone for assistance. My wife and I are concerned about not receiving the items we ordered and want to ensure we are not victims of theft, as we have seen in other reviews. We simply want the products we paid for and some clarity on the situation.

My 13-year-old son has been making unauthorized purchases using my credit card on Wish.com. I have been trying to cancel these transactions before they are processed, but my son has disabled his account, making it impossible to cancel them through the Order History. I have reached out to Wish.com Customer Support with request [redacted]8, but I only receive generic email updates that do not provide any valuable information on the progress. I would appreciate being connected with a representative who can actively help me address this issue promptly.

I purchased a top from Wish (store: Higheight) and upon arrival, I observed that it is defective and not as described. The size confusion on the product listing between 2XL and free-sized caused me to order a 2XL. Even though the packaging indicated 2XL, the actual item seemed to be free-sized and extremely small. The fit was comparable to a girl just starting to develop breasts, which is notably disproportionate for a Chinese 2XL that should accommodate larger sizes. Additionally, the product has a defect where one side of the cup pads is not properly sewn, resulting in a significant gap. Could I please request a refund for this item? I've been using my account without any issues until yesterday when I tried to make a purchase and encountered a notification stating there was an issue with my user account. I was referred to a website that proved unhelpful, requesting verification for my account without a clear explanation of the problem. They asked for a photo of my bank statement attached to an email for verification, which I am hesitant to provide. My account has functioned well previously, even with my credit card info saved. I attempted to delete and re-add it without success and also typically use PayPal, which is functioning normally. I'm eager to have this matter resolved promptly to resume making purchases without any further obstacles.

I ordered several nursing shirts. Unfortunately, one shirt did not arrive. I received a message checking if I got the order, but I mistook it for the missing shirt. I mistakenly asked for a refund for the wrong item. The items are as follows: 1. Maternity Women's Fashion Pregnancy Clothes Nursing Tank Top Lactation T-shirt Maternity T-shirt Lactation Clothing Plus Size Tops (sold by Cenic Beauty) - This is the shirt I did not receive. 2. Fashion Pregnant Maternity Clothes Nursing Tops Breastfeeding Casual Short Sleeve T-shirt (sold by Longbaoquing1122) - I received 2 of these shirts and erroneously requested a refund for them. I do not need a refund for this item.

I recently placed an order for 5 items but only received 1, which arrived broken and in the wrong color. While I've had some minor issues with previous orders from Wish, such as one item being the wrong color and another not being delivered, this latest experience is disappointing. I have generally enjoyed using the site and the products I've received in the past. However, this time receiving only one out of 5 items is concerning. I understand that given the worldwide nature of the products and the low prices, complete reliability may be challenging. I would appreciate either receiving the items I ordered promptly or a full refund. Additionally, it would be great to receive some sort of credit to use on the site for a future purchase. I rely on online shopping due to health issues and hope for a positive resolution to this matter soon.

I need assistance with a recent order that was placed accidentally by my 12-year-old son. He was experimenting with adding items to the cart to understand the total cost, including tax and shipping, to ensure he had enough funds. Unfortunately, my credit card details were automatically filled in at checkout, leading to an insufficient funds issue in my bank account. I kindly request the cancellation of this order and a refund to my account. I am puzzled how my payment information was prefilled on the order screen as my son has no access to my card details. He was aware of the limited funds in that account and would not have purposefully placed the order without permission. I recently purchased hair extensions online, and upon checkout, I realized that the quantity selected was 3 instead of 1. I immediately tried to correct the order but was informed it was too late and that I would have to wait for the items to arrive. Upon receipt, I attempted to return them but was advised to keep or dispose of them for my convenience. Despite multiple refund attempts, I have been unsuccessful. I mentioned the company's "wish has your back" slogan, but have not received a refund. I am seeking a resolution to this issue. I am missing several items from my order. I have completed everything they requested, but they keep asking me to fill out more forms, which seems repetitive. They are only addressing one issue, while there are approximately 10 missing items. I am frustrated with the constant requests for filling out forms without acknowledging receipt. I called them, and they kept saying they did not receive the information, despite my efforts to resend. I am considering taking my business elsewhere if this is how they operate. I had another order pending, but I am close to canceling it. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and the repetitive nature of their responses. I have identified the transactions on my statement, but I am uncertain about the details of the items purchased. I purchased five items from Wish in December [redacted], but unfortunately, they have not arrived despite multiple visits to the Post Office since February [redacted]. I checked the app and did not receive any notifications about my parcels. Despite contacting customer support, I was informed that I am not eligible for a refund as it has been longer than 30 days. I feel this policy is unfair considering the circumstances. I have been patiently waiting due to the international shipping involved. However, each email I send receives the same response, making me feel like I am only interacting with an automated system. I am disappointed with this level of service. I am requesting a refund for the five undelivered items and have listed them in the email for your reference. I hope to hear back from you promptly regarding this matter.

I placed an order on July 4th, [redacted], for two different swimsuits. The first one is a green XXL for $13, and the second one is a light blue polka dots XXL for $23.20. Unfortunately, both orders were mistakenly double charged to my credit card. I kindly request to cancel the duplicate orders and refund the excess charge of $88.80 back to my credit card. I had difficulty navigating the website on July 4th to resolve this issue and was unable to cancel the extra orders. I hope to receive immediate assistance to rectify this error. I have been a satisfied customer of Wish in the past, but this experience has left me frustrated. I have noticed that I was charged twice for the two swimsuits I ordered. The correct total should have been $36, but $88.80 was debited from my credit card. I am requesting a full refund to my credit card for over 58 items that I canceled on 6/29/[redacted]. I only kept a few items out of the total, so I should be refunded for the rest quickly. Wish customer service keeps asking for order numbers, but there are no numbers, just a vague message about refunds taking 5 to 10 days. It has been 7 days now, and over $[redacted] is owed to me. I understand the refund process, but I really need this money returned promptly. As a disabled individual with a limited income, every dollar matters to me. If the refund is not processed within the next 3 days, I will have to pursue legal action. I check my credit card daily, and I have not seen any refunds yet. Please take care of this refund promptly.

I accidentally purchased a 9.7 notebook flip cover Bluetooth case, thinking it was a laptop with Bluetooth, YouTube, and Wi-Fi capabilities. However, it turned out to be an empty case with a keyboard and no screen. I am looking for the return address or a shipping label to send the item back to the company for a full refund. I have already taken pictures of the product and sent them to the company, detailing the issues with it. Despite this, I am still unable to locate the address or the label for the return.
