Hello, my name is Desmond Heading. I used to have a Wish account under [redacted], but I changed it to [redacted] and now it's disappeared. I can't log in with EllisDover1 and I can't log in with [redacted] I have items that still need to be received, but I can't find the account to notify you when I receive my items. I had to open another account. I don't know how to find the original account. I checked my emails, but I don't have any old emails because I delete them to keep my phone clean. So I'm still waiting for the items I ordered. That's the situation.

I have ordered several items including a laptop and an air compressor. The tracking information shows they have been delivered, but I have not received anything yet. I have checked with all my neighbors, but no one seems to have seen the package. I'm very worried because these items were meant to be Christmas presents, and the holiday is only 2 days away. This situation is really upsetting, and I don't know what else to do. I just want a refund for everything because it's unfair that I'm being charged for items I haven't received. It's also difficult for me to keep missing work to wait for a package, especially when I have kids to take care of.

I received three orders that are incorrect and do not fit. I would like to return them and get a refund. I am unsure why I need to provide a picture of the item when you have one in my profile. Also, I am having trouble finding where to print a shipping label. I am disappointed that I cannot speak to a representative about my product and order problems. The items I purchased are a pair of shoes, a female urinal, and iPods.

I recently made a purchase from Wish and everything arrived except for one item, which is only showing that it left China in the tracking details. The customer service provided by a bot has not been very helpful, and after emailing for assistance, I was told to wait five more days. The expected delivery date for my missing item has now been pushed back to Christmas day, which is more than five days past the original date. I am concerned about not receiving the item and the lack of human support from their customer service.

I emailed about my order three days ago but have yet to receive a response. I am missing items from my order placed on Cyber Monday. I ordered three KitchenAid mixers with stands, three stirring hooks, and bowls with pour lids, but only received the pour lids. I placed an order for several items, but I did not receive them. Despite reaching out to customer support multiple times to report the problem, I was told it's past the return period. It's frustrating because one item was automatically refunded without me confirming, but the rest of the items that were missing have not been addressed. I have been dealing with this issue since late September, with lost time and unkept delivery promises. I've sent multiple emails within the last 30 minutes alone. I hope that they can resolve this and refund me for the items that never arrived as promised. I'm disappointed in their lack of response and hope for a resolution soon.

I made a purchase on Wish on 12/02/[redacted] with transaction ID GG29163HJ368705E. Wish stated that my order should be processed between 12/4 and 12/10/[redacted]. However, except for the earrings, the other items have not arrived. These items were meant to be Christmas gifts for my children, and their absence has spoiled our plans. I used my PayPal account to pay for the order. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly so that I can give my children their presents on Christmas Day.

I recently ordered a 110cm Dining Table Set with Tempered Glass Dining Table and 4pcs of chairs for my home kitchen in black. Unfortunately, upon receiving the delivery, I noticed that the chairs were missing several parts, and none of the screws were included in the box. Specifically, I am missing two #5 parts and three #6 parts, along with all the necessary screws to assemble the chairs. I was hoping to have this set up in time for Christmas, but without these missing pieces, it seems impossible. I kindly request that the missing parts and screws be dispatched to me urgently so that my wife and I can enjoy our holiday festivities.

I had a question for Wish bot and my order got canceled. The other gift I was expecting was supposed to arrive two days ago but I haven't received any updates. I'm uncertain why my order was canceled as I didn't authorize it. It seems there have been issues with the mail delivery of the order. I paid an extra fee for the gift to arrive on Friday, but now it's delayed until next week with an expected delivery date of January 8th.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent purchase from Wish. I have made numerous orders in the past without issue, but this time has been a nightmare. The small items I ordered are significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery date, which keeps getting pushed back. This is completely unacceptable. I am fed up with the lack of customer service and support I have received. I demand a refund and plan to leave negative reviews to share my experience. I am frustrated with the automated messaging systems and want to speak to a live representative to address these problems. Additionally, I paid for expedited shipping for one of the items, but it has still not arrived.

I placed an order for a Call of Duty Black Ops 4 phone case on December 2, [redacted]. The website indicated that it would be delivered by December 24, [redacted]. It is now December 25th, and I have yet to receive the item. This situation has caused a significant inconvenience. The phone case was intended as a gift for a 16-year-old boy whose parents couldn't afford to buy him a present. He was expecting to receive the phone case for Christmas, but instead, he had to settle for a pack of gum that I received for free from my bus driver. I am extremely disappointed with this order.

Hello Wish, I recently purchased a bed set that turned gray after washing it carefully in a 30-degree washing machine cycle. The color changed from black to gray, and I am not satisfied with the outcome. I am owed a refund of $57.54 from WISH, but they have placed it in Wish Cash and put my account on hold, possibly due to unauthorized activity. Unfortunately, I am unable to reach Wish for assistance as I keep receiving automated messages in Spanish from their support email, which leads me back to the beginning. As a single mother, I really need help with this issue. The system is not allowing me to access the refunded cash on my account for other purchases or for reimbursement. I placed an order for a tiger diamond painting on 19/12/19, opting for expedited shipping at £8 to receive it by the following Tuesday, 24/12/19. After payment, I confirmed the delivery date displayed as 26/12/19. Despite my inquiry without proof of the initial Tuesday delivery claim, customer support confirmed delivery by 26/12/19. However, on 25/12/19, the tracking indicated delivery by 2/1/20. Disappointed that the Christmas delivery was missed after paying extra, I contacted customer support without a resolution after multiple attempts. Comparing the current delivery date with a new order placed today, the delivery range has shifted to between 31/12/19 and 17/1/20. The delay in receiving my "fast shipping" order within a week remains unresolved despite several interactions with wish customer support.
