Our account is an organizational account for ALDUB Philippines. We are seeking assistance in retrieving access to our account. The issue we are encountering is as follows: Twitter is requesting email verification, but unfortunately, we do not have access to the email linked to the account, as it was set up with an unknown email address. Furthermore, we did not provide a mobile number for access. Retrieving this account promptly is crucial for our organization, as it currently has 10.2k followers. Your help in recovering this account is greatly appreciated.

I utilized an account to upload pictures and videos from my phone's camera roll and entrusted Twitter to store them. These uploads were the sole purpose of my account usage. However, upon logging back in, I noticed that all the pictures and videos had been deleted without my consent. I attempted to download the archive, but only the remaining undeleted tweets were available. The deletion of my media was not a result of any action on my part, and I simply wish to have my pictures and videos restored.

For the second day in a row, I received a message indicating that I have reached my mobile provider's daily limit of 50 tweets. The message suggests that I can still send direct messages and tweets without issues. I typically receive sports updates during games, and this limit is hindering my access. Sprint informed me that they do not impose such limits on my account and are unaware of any restrictions. I have been receiving more than 50 tweets per day for years without any problems. How can I remove this cap from my account?

Hello, I work for a water utility company in the U.S., and there are several Twitter pages set up for different locations. I didn't create these accounts, but today when I attempted to log in, the website requested a phone number ending in 17 for verification. I'm unsure which number to use. I am looking to review the security settings for all ten of our Twitter pages. Any guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Gabrielle.

I have an account under the username "bodi_bae" but I'm interested in changing it to "bodice." The current owner of "bodice" seems to have an inactive or suspended account. I already have the domain and social media handles for "bodi_bae" but prefer to have "bodice" for my women's elite fitness brand. Could I possibly get this username? Thank you, BENRICO.

Our agency, Archer Malmo, has recently acquired another agency and we are now consolidating our social accounts. We plan to change the name of the acquired agency, @tocquigny, on Twitter to our current name, @archermalmo. To do this, we are aware of the following steps: 1) We will change the current @archermalmo name to @archermalmomem to free up the @archermalmo handle. 2) Once the handle is available, we will change @tocquigny to @archermalmo. 3) Afterward, we will launch a campaign to transfer followers from @archermalmomem to @archermalmo. Due to @tocquigny having more followers than the original @archermalmo, this strategy makes sense. We are considering this approach and intended to double-check with a Twitter representative to ensure it is the best course of action. Additionally, we want to confirm if we can reclaim @archermalmo promptly once it's released. Any assistance in confirming these steps would be appreciated.

I have been a victim of revenge by my neighbor who has been charged with common assault and threatening behavior. She recently posted a photo of me on Facebook, which has been removed. I have reached out to the police and I am planning to seek legal advice to explore suing her for slander. She also posted hateful messages about me on Facebook. This woman resides in Brentwood, Essex. I suspect she might have a Twitter account as well. If you require additional information to assist me, please let me know.

I am currently dealing with Case [redacted]9 regarding an impersonation issue, but I am struggling to correct the inaccuracies in my account history. Despite the record showing my account was created on Aug 10 with an IP from Turkey, I actually created it around [redacted] while residing in Wisconsin, USA. Regrettably, my account is suspended, preventing me from adding a phone number due to not owning a smartphone. I have attempted to verify my email address without success. I will retry the link sent to my email, but I suspect the incorrect URL issue was caused by the impersonator, not me. Thus, I am requesting assistance to restore my Twitter account, along with its full history, as it was when I originally created it back in [redacted].

I am currently using the Twitter account jownag_15. Unfortunately, I forgot my password, but I am still able to log in on Twitter using my old iPhone 4s. I have tried various methods to recover my password, but without access to the email account linked to my Twitter, as it no longer exists, I am unable to receive the verification code Twitter is sending. I also attempted to add my phone number ([redacted]) to receive an SMS verification code, but I did not receive it. I would like to report that the profile @yourhighnessj is pretending to be me, Justina Mcminn. The account is posting fake sexual images that resemble me and is harassing me by contacting my makeup artist, even threatening her. Somehow, they obtained my makeup artist's address and phone number, as well as information about my sister and best friend. This situation is affecting my reputation as a student at UPenn, with professors mistakenly thinking the account is mine. I urgently need this fake page to be taken down and for an investigation to be conducted. I can provide my ID for verification. Please assist in removing this page and identifying those responsible as they have been recreating pages impersonating me for some time. I am considering legal action. Thank you for looking into this matter.

Hello, I'm Hunter. I recently reinstalled Twitter on my iPad due to issues with notifications. However, when trying to log in with my account (TheIceCreamManP), it claimed my password was wrong, despite me being certain it was correct. Even the email verification failed, stating my email doesn't exist, which I currently use. SMS verification also failed, saying there was no matching phone number. How can I prove my identity to regain access to my account? I also have a second account named BansheeDubstepStudios. Would posting the same picture from my old account on this one help verify my identity? Thank you.

I've noticed that the photo and video thumbnails below my profile picture keep disappearing after a few weeks. Additionally, the total number of photos/videos/vines uploaded is no longer displayed above the thumbnails, just a generic label. Twitter previously fixed this once, but the issue reappeared. I'm puzzled about why this keeps happening. Any assistance on resolving this recurring problem would be highly valued. It's becoming quite frustrating for me to deal with this situation.

I need some assistance. I recently changed my email from Gmail to Yahoo. I used to have a Twitter account linked to my Gmail, but now it seems like I have a partial account. It's the weekend, so it's difficult to reach them, but there are two main ways to contact them: Twitter Support and Twitter Help. When I called Twitter Support, they informed me that they don't provide assistance over the phone. If I tried reaching out online, they were asking for around $40 to fix the problem. Now, when attempting to contact Twitter Help and sign up, it says that someone is already registered under that name - which is me. However, when I try to log in, it states that my login and password don't match. Resetting the password doesn't seem to work either. Using my old Gmail credentials is not an option as I stopped using it over 30 days ago. It's frustrating, and I'm struggling to find a solution. Any new suggestions would be greatly appreciated. For the past couple of months, I've been having trouble viewing other accounts on the platform. When I click on an account from my followers, I can't see the profile picture, header, bio, or follow/unfollow button. Additionally, if I navigate to the photos or likes tabs on their account, my own photos and likes show up instead. At times, I am only able to view the most recent tweets, and sometimes it gives me an error saying it can't load the content.

Twitter informed me that they detected suspicious activity and temporarily locked my account, prompting a password reset. Unfortunately, my iPhone service is currently suspended due to an unpaid bill, making me unable to receive text messages with the confirmation code. Additionally, the email attached to my Twitter account is invalid, created years ago on a whim and no longer functional. As a result, I am currently locked out of my account and unsure of how to proceed in restoring access.

Facebook Connect: I am currently logged into Facebook with a different account than the one linked to Twitter. To proceed, I need to log in to my correct Facebook account. The individual who initially set up the account no longer works at our establishment. Is there a way to unlink their Facebook account without their involvement? The Twitter account is associated with Nerang RSL and Memorial Club @nerangrsl. Since the person who set it up is no longer employed here, I am unable to link it to Facebook as their account was the original one connected.

Hello, long ago, I created a Timetokens account for my business, but I forgot about it. Recently, I had to create a Twitter account for Timetokens and had to use Timetokens1 since Timetokens was already in use. Now with plenty of activity on Timetokens1, people refer to me as Timetokens when retweeting, causing confusion and missing out on some interactions. I would like to rename Timetokens1 to Timetokens, is that feasible?

I am unable to reset my password successfully, despite various attempts with different combinations of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
