I need assistance with returns and refunds for orders 0807YADB22361C and 0409Y04DC2361A. I am still waiting for a [redacted] euro refund for a July purchase and a [redacted] euro refund for a September purchase. It has been over a month, and each time I contact customer service, they say they will investigate in 24-48 hours but nothing changes. The shipment has been stuck at customs since 15 September. I am disappointed with the service and would like to escalate this issue. Please provide me with an email or phone number to lodge a formal complaint. Thank you.

On September 18th, I ordered three products. Unfortunately, one was canceled, and only the Marc Jacob sandals for my daughter arrived. My Dolce & Gabbana shoes were missing from the delivery. I reported the issue immediately, but after nearly two months, the company is still delaying the resolution with endless investigations. I feel frustrated and deceived. It's disheartening when hard-earned money is wasted like this. I will persist in my efforts to resolve this matter, even if I have to take it to social media channels.
