Hello, I would like to report a delivery issue I am experiencing with the item I ordered. The USPS confirmed that they delivered it to the wrong address, specifically [redacted] instead of [redacted] as indicated in the address provided to the seller. Despite my efforts and the information provided by USPS, I have not received the package. I initiated contact with the seller on 25 July to arrange for the item to be sent to the correct address, but have not received a response. It has been a month since my initial contact and I believe it's time to seek a refund. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter with the seller, as I have not been able to reach a resolution on my own. Thank you for your help in addressing this issue promptly. I encountered an issue with my eBay account being closed while I was in the process of requesting a refund. Unfortunately, the sellers are now unable to issue the refund despite having received the product. They mentioned that the refund was canceled due to a PayPal chargeback, but no such chargeback was initiated as my PayPal account was closed. I can provide proof if necessary. The seller requested that I reach out to them or reopen the refund so they can proceed with issuing the refund. I have all the necessary information and screenshots from my communication with the seller.

I have encountered an issue with a return to an international seller labeled as accepting returns. I am struggling to access "eBay help" through the UK return site provided by the seller. Despite eBay allegedly approving the return instantly, the seller insists I should cover the return costs regardless of the issue, even though I proposed accepting a store credit. The item was flawed and misrepresented, but the seller maintains I am accountable for the return expenses. They want me to pay for the return first before deciding if the item was misrepresented. This goes against fair business practices, and I have not experienced this approach on eBay before. I am a long-time shopper on eBay with a flawless track record and have always managed to resolve issues amicably with sellers in the past.

For sale: Professional [redacted] ZUCOR drafter, good condition, dimensions 170x100. NOT AVAILABLE for sale anymore. Why are you still sending me emails to buy it, even asking for payment⁉️⁉️⁉️ What can Ebay do? They need to keep seller contacts open, or buyers may end up paying for items no longer for sale risking losing money and credibility. Email, phone, and address of the seller are essential to negotiate properly and avoid scams. Thank you. Marcello.

My order wasn't delivered as the entire curriculum package was lost in transit. The seller initially sent the pens separately, which arrived, but the main curriculum did not. The tracking number, [redacted][redacted]35, clearly indicates the item was sent to the Mail Recovery Center. Both the seller and I verified this information, yet Ebay is not acknowledging the correct tracking number, causing a refund denial. The seller is willing to refund the full amount, but is unsure how to proceed. I kindly request Ebay to review the updated tracking information and process a full refund for the missing curriculum that was lost and not delivered.

I purchased an AC compressor for my [redacted] Suburban, but I received the incorrect one. The compressor I received only has one electrical hookup, while mine requires two. I paid an additional $40 for expedited shipping. I received a return label, but when I tried to open it, I encountered an error message. The email provided a phone number that is not functional. I need assistance to return the incorrect item so that the correct AC compressor can be sent to me.

Seller Name: Kash Discount Homestore Reference Number: [redacted] I ordered 3 rolls of wallpaper from them on July 3rd for a total of £24.03. One of the rolls arrived damaged due to the box being split open at delivery, and despite sending photos and evidence to support my case for a refund or replacement, they refused to cooperate. I even provided a sample of the damaged paper, but they still declined. Their customer service was unwilling to acknowledge the issue and kept making excuses to avoid refunding or replacing the item promptly. Now, after weeks of back and forth, they are offering to replace the roll only if I return it, which is not feasible for me as I needed it urgently. They have failed to acknowledge the evidence presented and failed to provide satisfactory resolution. I am seeking advice on how to proceed with filing a case against them to ensure a refund of £8.01 for the damaged roll.

I appreciate your attention to my concern regarding my recent orders from adeptsolutions for Cadbury Crunchie chocolate candy bars. My first order on June 18 was for 41gm x 20 bars with order number 19-08[redacted]5. Then, on August 1st, I ordered the same item, but this time received 26.1gm x 20 bars instead, with order number 27-08[redacted]9. When I contacted the seller about the mistake, they claimed they only sell the smaller size, which is untrue as I have purchased the correct size from them before. I have provided evidence of both orders, yet the seller denies my second purchase. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue amicably, they have not offered a resolution. This situation has caused me frustration as a long-time eBay customer. I am eager for a swift resolution to receive the correct product and avoid leaving negative feedback. My eBay page has been acting up today. Everything was fine last night, but now I'm seeing a mix of US dollars and GBP currency. It's confusing because items I'm bidding on are in US dollars while items I'm watching are in GBP. Can someone explain why this is happening? Thanks, John Additionally, I'm frustrated by the lack of a direct phone number to contact eBay for assistance. Spending over an hour searching through irrelevant information online is not helping with my issue. Why isn't there a clear phone number available for eBay customer support?

I ordered Temptations Hairball Control for my cat on July 25 from the seller avrzur O. They mistakenly sent me Indoor Care instead. Despite my efforts, they keep sending me the wrong product. Maita and I are in the same household and would like to share one eBay account. I attempted to add my email to her account, with her approval, but received an error message saying "email already used." I then tried to release the email from my account [redacted] by closing it, but that didn't resolve the issue. I'm still unable to add my email ([redacted]) to the shared account. I am seeking a refund of £[redacted].00 from Toymaker UK, who sold me a copy bronze. I had the item authenticated by Hanson Auctioneers. Despite numerous attempts to contact eBay via email with no response, I continue to request a refund from Toymaker UK. My son made the purchase with my permission, deducting the amount from my bank account. Despite my efforts to communicate with Toymaker UK, there has been no response, leading me to believe he is dishonest. I am disappointed by Toymaker UK's lack of response and changing the item's description at the last minute before the auction ended. This experience has been challenging, particularly as a relatively new eBay user. Hello, good evening. I recently encountered a serious issue that I need help with. I purchased a $25 gift card a few days ago and used $12 of it to buy protectors for my Nintendo Switch. After that successful purchase, I tried to buy something else, but got an error. When I checked my gift card balance, it showed $0, despite only spending $12 initially. This struck me as odd. I decided to get another $25 gift card from a different store. When I tried to redeem it at home, I faced another error. To my surprise, this newly bought gift card also showed a balance of $0 without making any purchases. I am seeking a refund from the Toy Maker UK for a bronze item they sold me, which I later found out is a copy. I won the item in an auction by Hansons Auctioneers. I have been attempting to resolve this issue for two years, during which time I underwent an emergency operation and an extended hospital stay. Ashley from the company has been unresponsive to my emails. He initially misled us by claiming the bronze was genuine, attributing it to Carl Kauba through his mother's auctions, but it was later revealed to be a copy. Despite bringing this issue to his attention early on, he failed to address it. Instead of replying to me directly, he responded to my son, who was unable to intervene. My son, who also faced stress as a frontline worker during the Covid pandemic, used his credit card for this purchase.

I am confused about the lack of communication with the seller who shipped the shoes for authentication. Customers should have access to tracking information to know when the item is sent for verification. I am waiting for my product until the 25th and if I don't receive it, I will have to wait an additional two weeks for a refund. The process for authenticating tennis shoes seems flawed. Buyers should be able to track the shipment to ensure it reaches the authentication service or the customer. I am unable to contact the seller or visit their website to check on other items. It feels like I may lose the money spent. How can I verify if the shoes have been shipped to eBay for authentication? Buyers need access to this crucial information.

Dopo vari tentativi e spese aggiuntive, ho ricevuto un secondo pezzo in sostituzione di quello difettoso. Tuttavia, anche il secondo articolo è risultato di scarsa qualità e si è danneggiato dopo appena due settimane, causandomi problemi notevoli. Il mio meccanico mi ha sconsigliato vivamente di acquistare ulteriori prodotti di questo genere, in quanto potrebbero solo causare perdite di tempo e denaro. Non tanto per i 37€ spesi, ma in Italia i prodotti sono garantiti per due anni e questi venditori non sembrano disposti a rimborsarmi o a inviarmi un articolo di migliore qualità. Dear Support, I have attempted to contact the seller, racing-shop, through eBay messaging regarding two products I purchased. The first product had issues, and I received a replacement after several attempts. The second product lasted only 2 weeks before malfunctioning and causing damage. The valve inside the component failed, leaving my car unable to start. My mechanic warned against buying such poor quality products as they waste time and money. While I spent €37, products in Italy are under warranty for 2 years. The sellers, who are Chinese, refuse to provide a refund or offer a quality replacement. I ask for your assistance in this matter.
