Despite not canceling the order, the online status indicates it was cancelled, with no credit on my statements. I request the order to be processed promptly as I have always found eReplacement Parts' products to be of high quality and competitively priced, with swift delivery. In late August, I placed an order with Ereplacement for some parts and had a conversation with Dan. Dan was incredibly helpful and assisted me in identifying the necessary parts. I have since repaired my Troy-built cultivator, rendering the previously discussed parts unnecessary. Dan was in the process of ordering the part I believed I needed, expected around September 15th. I made a purchase on August 16, [redacted], for four wheels and two brackets for my Craftsman Lawn tractor. Unfortunately, I have misplaced my confirmation number. An amount of $47.11 was charged to my credit card. Despite my attempts since September 9, [redacted], to reach a representative from your company regarding my order, I have not been successful. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in either canceling the order and receiving a credit back to my credit card or ensuring the parts are delivered as ordered. Thank you for your help. I purchased a roto kit for a Pro Temp heater with part number 70-[redacted] around a month ago. The part arrived broken into more pieces than the original broken part. I am hoping to receive a replacement part to fix my heater. It would be helpful if extra packing materials can be used to protect the fragile part during shipping. Unfortunately, I cannot locate my order number, but the purchase was made under the name Tony Slagle on the card. The order may have also been under the names Cheston or Chad Williams. Order number [redacted]. I received a notification that my order was cancelled, but I did not cancel it. I noticed that the item is still in stock. It was mentioned that a credit would be issued to my previous card, but that card has been canceled, and I now have a new one. If the item is available, I would like to proceed with the purchase as I have been waiting months for it. If not, kindly arrange for a refund check to be sent to me or let me know how I can securely provide my new card information. Thank you. - Carl J.

Regarding the Braun chopper blender. I received the parts I ordered, but none of them fit together. The Braun Bowl (H6-[redacted]) is the correct size, but the blade (H1-[redacted]) is too big and does not fit into the bowl. The upper part of the chopper (H1-72) also does not fit the blade. It seems like there was a mix-up. I would like to return the blade and the upper part of the chopper. If you could find a smaller blade and an upper part that fit together, I would greatly appreciate it. Please let me know the process for returning the items.
