Hi my name is Ivette Rosado. On September *,**** at **:** am I requested al lyft ride . I am a veteran who needed al ride from VA clinic. On National health care drive. I was paired with Gary. When he arrived I was sitting on my wheelchair and was looking around for my driive. This Gary called and said he was there. This person never got out of the car and it seemed he wasn’t going to help me get into car. I told him the chair was different from then others chairs he had worked with . His comment was if it didn’t fit in the trunk I HAD to cancel and get another driver because he was not going to dirty his leather seats with my chair. The man became upset and insisted I cancel. I cancelled and was charged $*.** for canceling. This charge is unfair. I have used ur service for a long time . As a vet who can no longer drive I depend on your service. I was so angry that I started crying . I really wanted to tell him what I thought of him . Pls refund my $*.** . I use lyft every week to go from Deltona to Orlando or Daytona I know I. Can’t get free rides or discounts so this will have to do. I also request his person get himselfa training lesson on how to treat his customers *. Thank you for your time*. *.
