I am having an issue with Body Design by MiMi in Edina, MN. MiMi's Groupon offer is still active on your site even though she hasn't been at that location for at least four months. She seems to have disappeared without a trace. I now rent her old suite, [redacted], and it's causing confusion because she still has the address listed on your site as [redacted] York Ave S, Suite [redacted], Edina, MN [redacted]. I have been dealing with frustrated customers who show up expecting MiMi. It would be much appreciated if her listing could be removed or updated. Unfortunately, I have no way to contact her, and it's becoming a significant issue. Can someone please reach out to me promptly to resolve this matter? Thank you.

I placed an order online this morning for two pairs of shoes, one black and one white. I selected my home address for delivery at 6 Boughton Ave in Pittsford, NY [redacted]. However, the order confirmation in my email showed it going to my mother's address in Tennessee, which I had saved in my account. I managed to cancel one pair but encountered an error when trying to cancel the second pair. I would like both pairs canceled and refunded. I want to reorder both colors to be sent to my home with the additional discount applied. I couldn't find a way to contact customer service and only found an automated phone line. Hello, I recently bought a 3-hour house cleaning Groupon from Brilliantly Bright Cleaning on June 5th, [redacted]. Despite leaving four messages on their voicemail, I have not received any responses or acknowledgments. My last message was left on Tuesday, June 18th. I stated that if I do not hear back by June 22nd, I will reach out to Groupon Customer Service to request a credit for the cleaning service Groupon. Thank you for your help! - Debbie

I sent an email today regarding a reservation I had made through your company and still have not heard back. I tried to reserve a room in New York City and thought I had found the best deal on your website. After not hearing whether the room was confirmed or booked, I tried to rebook. After 6 hours of trying, I stopped and went to bed. This morning when I checked my email, it showed I had a room booked with a confirmation #, but also 5 other pending orders that I need canceled as I do not need additional rooms. When I attempted to cancel the extra bookings, it mistakenly canceled my confirmed reservation for which payment was already taken. I either want this reservation to be reinstated or a refund issued immediately so I can make alternative arrangements. Can someone please respond to me promptly? Thank you.

I attempted to purchase one Car Toys detailing deal for interior detailing and one for exterior detailing for a small car yesterday, but somehow ended up with multiple purchases of the same deal. I have requested cancellations, and one was refunded, leaving two pending. The confusion arose because I tried to process the deal using my credit card instead of PayPal, which I intended to use. This led me to repeat the process multiple times due to difficulties in processing. The PayPal option only appeared later after several attempts. I was frustrated as I couldn't find the chat support to resolve the issue with a representative. I would appreciate it if the situation could be rectified to only have one interior and one exterior Groupon. Although the 50% off deal expired, since all entries were made before the expiration, I hope it can still be honored. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I recently encountered an issue with Groupon when I purchased 2 Skyzone tickets but was charged for 3. Despite trying to trade it over chat, it didn't work out, and I opted for a refund. However, instead of the amount going back to my banking account, I received Groupon bucks. Even though I enjoy using Groupon frequently, I preferred the refund to go back to my banking account directly. Another problem arose when I was charged for 2 Xenitol instead of one. I promptly requested a refund for the extra item but realized it used the Groupon bucks from the previous refund error. Now, I'm uncertain if the money will be returned to my banking account or as Groupon bucks. The process is confusing, and I'm unsure whom to contact for clarification. My goal is to have the funds transferred back to my regular card, and I only intended to purchase one Xenitol item. I bought 2 Legoland Groupons, each for 1 ticket valid for 2 days. At Legoland now, the staff says I need 1 barcode per person per day, totaling 8 barcodes for 4 people over 2 days. I have 2 barcodes but still need 6 more. I ended up purchasing another Groupon for a 3rd barcode, though there are only 3 of us. This situation displeases me, as I feel I shouldn't have had to buy the extra Groupon. I have spent an hour trying to resolve this issue and still need 3 more barcodes for tomorrow. I request immediate assistance or a refund.

I bought a Groupon for a massage last month. I scheduled it right away due to my bad back and time off from work. The massage was booked a month later, which was frustrating. On the day of the massage, the therapist texted me to cancel, offering a new appointment three weeks later. I found this unprofessional after waiting so long. I explained my upcoming full-time job would limit future availability. This situation is not feasible for me and I need a refund promptly to find another therapist to address my back problems. I made a purchase using a Groupon with my correct credit card ending in [redacted]. After canceling the order, I re-ordered using a different credit card ending in [redacted]. It has been 24 days since the transaction, and I have not received the promised $20 refund. I am eager to have my refund processed as it seems like a simple task that is taking too long. Despite being assured it would be refunded within 10 days, I still haven't seen it in my account. The customer service representative I spoke to only repeated what the automated system had already said. I received a notification saying my refund has been processed (Order number: 1[redacted]97-[redacted]) but the money has not appeared in my account. I just want my money back promptly as this delay is frustrating.

On April 10, [redacted], I bought a Groupon deal for Revive Body Spa located at [redacted] N. Locust Grove, suite [redacted], Meridian, ID. The deal was with Storie Hall. Despite my attempts to book earlier, the earliest slots given were on June 22nd and June 25th. When I arrived for my appointment on June 22nd, I was informed it had been canceled without any prior notice. After leaving multiple messages, I did not receive any response about rescheduling. This morning on June 25th, the day of my next appointment, she called to cancel again. I am extremely disappointed with their unprofessionalism and will not patronize this business again. I recently purchased a tanning Groupon for the second time, but upon contacting customer support, I was informed that this was not allowed. Despite the charge already going through on my debit card, I was unable to utilize the Groupon at the tanning salon for a second time. The tanning salon explained that Groupon should have prevented the purchase, leaving me with the issue. I would appreciate a refund for the mistakenly purchased Groupon. I have been experiencing ongoing issues with two companies while trying to receive my orders. Currently dealing with Novadab, I ordered 5 bracelets and encountered issues with applying my Groupon discount. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, my calls go unanswered or get disconnected. I am feeling frustrated and need urgent assistance with my order. I also had a previous issue with a collage product I ordered, where I struggled with redeeming a voucher, resulting in the expiration of one voucher. This process should not be this complicated. I believe the companies should be able to handle these issues on the customer's behalf.

I visited the Holistic Healthcare Center last Thursday, the 21st of June, to redeem a Groupon voucher. However, I couldn't use it because the insoles provided were not suitable for me. The clinic advised me to contact Groupon for a refund. Following their instructions, I reached out to Groupon, who informed me that the clinic needs to send an email verifying that I did not redeem the voucher. The clinic assured me they already made a note of this, but they are currently unresponsive to my emails and calls. I bought a Groupon for Bella Aesthetics that was expiring soon. When I tried to book on April 2nd, they were only offering appointments in mid-May. I was okay with that as long as it was scheduled before the expiration date. I had to wait a month and had to reschedule, waiting even longer due to no cancellations. The vendor then wanted to reschedule on the day of my appointment, but didn't respond to alternative suggestions. I've been patient, but now I would like a refund. Thank you.

I bought a Groupon deal for an $85 Mani-Pedi at The Nail Bar salon for $51. However, upon visiting the listed address on [redacted] North Church St., Lexington, SC [redacted], the business was not found. The phone number provided was also incorrect. The actual business at the address is Mirror Image Hair Salon, who confirmed they do not offer nail services through Groupon. My credit card has not been charged yet, but I want to ensure that I'm not billed for this Groupon as the Nail Bar does not exist at the specified location. I recently visited Daytona Beach and purchased four Groupons for La Bella Day Spa to treat my daughter-in-law and myself to pedicures and facials. Unfortunately, I encountered difficulties reaching the spa by phone over the weekend and Monday. When I visited in person on Monday, I was informed of phone issues and was assured the owner would contact me. Despite leaving my contact information, I did not receive a call by Tuesday morning. In light of this, we sought services elsewhere to accommodate our vacation plans visiting Sea World and Disney. Upon returning to Virginia, I reached out to Groupon customer service to resolve the issue and was advised to convert the vouchers to Groupon bucks. While one mani-pedi coupon was processed, the remaining three for facials and a mani-pedi are still unused, with one of them not showing in "my stuff." I kindly request all four vouchers be converted to Groupon bucks for convenience. The vouchers in question are for a $50 mani-pedi [redacted], and two $39 facials [redacted] and [redacted]. Although the other mani-pedi voucher is no longer visible, I would appreciate its conversion to Groupon bucks as well. Thank you.

I mistakenly reserved a pool view room through Groupon for $[redacted] but received a poolside queen room that should have been $88. I contacted Groupon immediately on July 19th after realizing the error for my stay at La Casas El Zorro from the 19th to the 29th. I tried to extend my stay to Wednesday and Thursday but encountered issues. The hotel informed me that Groupon could change the dates if contacted. I am seeking a refund for the incorrect room type. Hello, as a loyal Groupon customer for several years, I have consistently used the service without any issues. However, since May [redacted], I have accumulated around 25-30 unused service coupons expiring in July.
