I purchased coupon codes which I tried to redeem following the provided instructions. However, the site keeps stating that all three codes are invalid. When seeking customer service help, most associates end the chat abruptly. One associate, after putting me on hold, returned and repeated the same instructions and codes without allowing me to respond before hanging up. Subsequent attempts resulted in more disconnections. This frustrating experience has led me to reconsider using Groupon. If my problem isn't resolved promptly, I request a refund for the coupons I cannot use after spending over a hundred dollars since Friday. I have been struggling all night to resolve this issue due to an upcoming deadline.

I spoke with Jose earlier, but he couldn't assist me. I am planning to attend Little Amerika this Friday with a group. Realized I may have bought more tickets than needed. I require 6 gold bands at a total cost of approximately $66. I gifted 2 to Jane & Julia, but I might have accidentally purchased 2 sets of 2 for each gift. It seems I paid around $44 for each gift. So, I seem to have spent $[redacted] in total when I actually only needed 6 for $66. Jose mentioned I only had 3 tickets. Could you please clarify the amounts I paid for the 2 gifts and the single order of 2 gold bands? Can new vouchers be issued for a total of 6 gold bands for around $66? I am on disability and recently purchased two $38 massages at a place specializing in trigger point therapy due to my past back surgery. Unfortunately, from the start, the owner's attitude has been rude and unprofessional, causing me stress through our only communication by text. I tried to schedule my appointments before my Groupon expired tomorrow, but now I am being asked to pay additional fees I was not informed about previously. Despite booking before the deadline and canceling one appointment within 24 hours, I am being charged over $[redacted] for each massage. I am not looking forward to dealing with this person and would like to either get a refund or transfer the funds to another massage facility. I have already reported this issue previously. I attempted to purchase an auto detailing deal, using PayPal, but encountered difficulty and accidentally initiated the process multiple times. I intended to buy one interior detailing and one exterior detailing deal only. While one of my orders was canceled and refunded, my Visa statement shows charges for three deals currently. I kindly request the extra payment to be refunded so I receive one of each type of detailing offer. Contacting Groupon has been challenging and complicated. Despite my efforts to seek customer support through the app and website, I struggled to find a solution until I found this alternative through Google today. I hope for your assistance. Although my initial contact received a prompt response, the issue remains unresolved. Thank you. After returning to Groupon offers as a past customer, this experience has made me reconsider my choices.

I recently requested cash refunds and was only given a fraction of the amount in Groupon bucks instead of coupon refunds as requested, which I find unacceptable. I have been a loyal customer for years and have encountered a disappointing situation regarding a missed discount offer and a higher-priced ticket purchase. I am reaching out to address an issue with my Groupon voucher for Folsom Hand Car Wash and Detail Center. This is the second time that the voucher has been automatically redeemed without my consent. Despite trying to schedule appointments as instructed in the Groupon details, I did not receive any response from the car wash. I intended to use the voucher for an $80 interior-exterior full detail and wax job after applying a 20% discount on the original $[redacted] offer. Nevertheless, it redeemed itself on May 24th at 7:28am, even though the business opens at 8am, making me question its validity. As I am located in Grass Valley, an hour away, it is not feasible for me to drop by the car wash in person. My name is Susan F. I gifted swimming lessons to Eames L. and Sparrow L. at the Lenny Krazelburg Swim Academy in West Hills, CA. I purchased two lessons for each child at a discounted rate, which I thought would cover the evaluation cost as well. I made the purchase on 5.27.18 and sent the vouchers to my daughter before going on vacation. However, upon contacting the company, my daughter was informed that only one voucher per person was allowed and they declined to refund us. This was confusing as I was able to purchase two vouchers per child on Groupon. The fine print was unclear, stating “limit one per person, may buy 5 additional as gifts.” I am requesting credit for the extra voucher I purchased.

When I initially bought clix hair services, I wasn’t aware that they only cater to first-time customers, stated in the fine print. I recently tried to schedule an appointment and was informed they couldn't accommodate me because I had previously visited. I am upset and unsettled by this situation. Important details like this should be clearly mentioned upfront rather than buried in the fine print. Feeling deceived, I believe I deserve a refund or the option for an exchange because I have already made alternate arrangements for the services I needed. I placed an order for a Domino's pizza coupon today, June 27th. Unfortunately, I was not aware that I needed to download an app until after I had paid. I typically receive email coupons to print out, so this was unexpected. I downloaded the app, but my iPhone cannot accept SMS codes despite Apple support's inability to resolve the issue. I tried sending the code to my wife's iPhone, but we couldn't locate either of the two Domino's stores in Mansfield, TX. When attempting to cancel the order, clicking on the purchase does not yield any results. Dealing with Groupon used to be easy, but this experience has been frustrating. Please provide assistance by either sending an email coupon for printing or helping me cancel the order. Thank you.

I bought Chris Brown tickets on Groupon in March but never received the confirmation email. I chatted with someone who said I had to get them from Ticketmaster as they were the main vendor. The rep could see my purchase but couldn't send me the email. Ticketmaster explained they sold Groupon the tickets, enabling my purchase. The concert is on 07/01/[redacted], and I need my tickets urgently. I have spent over 25 hours trying to resolve a problem. After contacting customer service via e-chat, they marked my issue as resolved when it is not. Throughout this year, I have made around 50 purchases on Groupon. Upon checking the date on one of my hair salon coupons, I discovered that all my purchases have disappeared, including coupons for eyeglasses and around 15-20 restaurant coupons mostly expiring in July [redacted]. Although I wanted to use the coupons, I no longer prefer them. Despite my efforts, Groupon has not attempted to locate the missing coupons. I am now requesting a check to be mailed to my home, covering the total amount I have paid. Additionally, I have concerns about the security of using Groupon in the future due to reports of hacks and accounts being closed without warning. I am unsure if my account was affected in this manner.

I purchased a voucher from Groupon for four 12 x 10" canvasses from Canvasonsale. The code I received is [redacted]35. I accidentally marked it as redeemed without placing my order. Canvasonsale has informed me that they will still honor it, but I need Groupon to revert it to unredeemed status. They mentioned their codes contain letters and numbers. Can you assist me by providing a new redemption code? Canvasonsale suggested entering the code during the checkout process on their website. Thank you.

I bought Groupon tickets for the Seattle Aquarium for June 6th, but received tickets for the Seattle Children’s Museum instead, which was not what I wanted. Hello, I recently purchased a Groupon for Buenaventura Grand Hotel & Spa in Puerto Vallarta. After receiving an email stating that my initial transaction failed due to credit card issues, I proceeded to purchase the Groupon for a second time. Subsequently, I received a confirmation email for the second order. However, this was followed by another email indicating that the order failed due to credit card problems. Ultimately, I received yet another email confirming the order. Consequently, I was charged twice, as I reordered thinking the first attempt had not been successful as per the initial notification. I am seeking a refund for the duplicate order, as I do not require the Groupon twice and only reordered based on the belief that the first transaction had not gone through. Thank you.

I allowed Groupon to access my location, which led me to come across a deal for a microdermabrasion treatment. Excitedly, I quickly purchased the Groupon without verifying the location details, resulting in realizing the treatment center is in a different state. In January or February, I purchased a Sam's Club Groupon. I contacted Sam's Club previously, and they reassured me it would be fine to use. However, on four separate visits, the Groupon would not activate. Sam's Club advised me to contact Groupon. After extensive effort, I reached a representative who explained the issue was due to insufficient time between Groupons. Now, my Groupon has expired for two days, and I am seeking a refund. Despite the Groupon website indicating I used it, Sam's Club can verify that my account remains inactive.

My partner and I have six Paint Nite tickets that have expired. Although Groupon states that they never expire, we were unable to use them as intended. The issue we encountered is that when attempting to book, we were only offered the value we paid rather than the discounted rate we purchased. Paint Nite does not allow the combination of vouchers with promo codes, which restricts us from benefiting from any potential walk-in discounts. This means we would end up paying more than others if we were to use our tickets. We feel misinformed and frustrated by this situation.
