When attempting to reset the password, I receive an email that only allows me to reset the password for the first account, not the second. Restoring access to the second account is crucial due to its premium upgrade status. I would like to remove my credit card information to cancel the premium subscription that I am unable to utilize. The premium subscription was initiated on 16-05-[redacted] using a Mastercard under my name.

In [redacted], I had an old account under the username "Imjustanormalscpfan" linked to an iCloud account. By [redacted], my interest in Roblox waned, and after a break, I returned with a new Android device due to my crashed iPhone. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember the iCloud account password or bypass the 2-step verification on my Roblox account. Despite numerous attempts reaching out to Roblox support, I only received automated responses from unhelpful bots. Feeling hopeless, I ultimately lost access to everything. After a week of creating a new account, I stumbled upon this website. Though the odds of recovering my account seem slim, I'm willing to try anything. The iCloud-linked account is "[redacted]" Any assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

I was with my friend Bunnyomegas playing in Club Iris on a Discord call when someone approached us offering to draw me. Even though I couldn't share my Discord due to a special emoji, my friend added them, and the artist's Discord was Ohhanimations12 #[redacted]. The artist gave me instructions to follow for the artwork while they attempted to log into my account without any information from me. Feeling confused, I eventually joined my friend in "ragdoll engine," where I abruptly got disconnected and saw a message saying the account was launched from a separate connection. During this period, the person said inappropriate things, which led to my account being terminated when I refreshed the page. All of this transpired within 30 minutes.

Hello everyone, I urgently need your assistance. I am facing a significant issue with my Roblox account. Recently, when I attempted to log into Roblox, an error message displayed stating that I was unable to connect to the server. Initially, I suspected an issue with my internet connection, but I confirmed that my home internet was working well. Despite deleting the app and restarting my phone multiple times, I was unable to resolve the problem. After several attempts, I managed to log into the Roblox app, but I was immediately logged out. I tried accessing my account repeatedly, both from my laptop and old phone, but faced the same issue each time. It seems other accounts are functioning correctly, which leads me to believe my account might have been compromised. During a game of Treehouse Tycoon, a player threatened me, mentioning they would harm my account. I am uncertain about what transpired, but I fear my account may have been hacked. I require assistance. My son is extremely upset. He entered the Adopt Me game and discovered that all his pets were taken while he was away from the game by someone who is not his friend. This took place at 12:20 PM (Central Time) today, June 15, [redacted]. The other user's name is BcN_RyN. My son goes by the username GizmoGiz11511. My son adores playing this game, invests much time in his pets, and has used a significant amount of his in-game currency on them. He did not unintentionally trade them; he wasn't even playing when this happened, indicating a potential hack. We have modified the password. I would be grateful if someone could assist us promptly as he is becoming increasingly upset. He simply wishes for his pets to be returned. Two individuals were bullying my friend, a girl who was helping us fight back, and me during a game on Roblox. This harassment lasted for hours, so I decided to leave the game and report the situation. I have photographic evidence to support my claim. My Roblox name is Alex, while my username is kitty_funcakes. The pictures clearly show the bullying behavior directed at us, despite the perpetrator attempting to twist the situation to make it seem like we were the bullies. Initially, my gender was misidentified as a boy, so I corrected this error by saying "ima girl." There was a point where I retaliated by stating that if I'm a girl, then they must be a boy, leading them to start calling me a "noy." I have already reported one of the bullies on Roblox and provided their username for reference.

I unfortunately fell victim to a scam involving gfx where I shared my password with them under the guise of updating my avatar image. Only later did I realize they had accessed my account, traded my limited items to themselves without my knowledge. I'm hoping for assistance with a rollback, as I've seen others successfully have their limited items restored through this process. I've heard it's usually a one-time exception, and I've been advised by others to pursue a rollback to recover my lost items.

Hello, I recently had a concerning interaction with vhlq. They approached me about featuring my avatar in a promotional campaign for their group. After providing my discord information, they requested that I follow a tutorial. Following their instructions, I later realized my avatar's face, named "Super Super Happy Face," had been removed. It became apparent that I was scammed. I wish for this account to be banned and for me to retrieve my item. Though I don't have in-game screenshots from "Witching Hour," I do possess screenshots of our discord conversation. This incident could be recurring, and it's essential to prevent others from falling victim to similar schemes.

I was recently locked out of my Roblox account, and I initially thought it was due to a security breach, so I set up 2-step verification before realizing I was actually banned for a day. Now that the ban is over, I can't access my account because I no longer have access to the email where the verification code is being sent. My account, which is around 2 years old, holds a lot of progress and Robux that I acquired through a gift card, with no proof of purchase available. I remember having 24 Robux remaining and have a screenshot of my previous avatar as evidence of ownership. I know my Roblox account password but not the password for the linked email, which I cannot recall due to it potentially being old. I made a mistake in my previous appeal regarding my ban. I unintentionally uploaded an image featuring a man-baby with my old Roblox character's face. In the text, I mentioned that everyone is strange in their own way. The content was created by my friend, theguywhodevs, and I forgot to remove it. I am unsure how it violated the adult content policy. I invested a significant amount of money in Roblox, and I would like the opportunity to rectify the situation. Hello, I'm Lina, a player on Roblox for a long time. I recently fell victim to a scam by a user named nadioroblox who hacked my account by tricking me into revealing my password. Believing she was going to give me a giraffe, I unknowingly gave away my details while playing a game. Despite her repeated warnings not to enter Adopt Me, within minutes, my valuable pets were gone. These included a neon fly ride turtle, a fly ride cow, two polar bears (ride and fly ride), a ride rhino, a neon fly ride dolphin, a fly ride uni, and a fly ride Kitsune. I have evidence from the trade history showing how she transferred my pets to her account. I'm seeking assistance to recover my pets as I cherish them deeply and worked hard to acquire them. Today, I was unfairly banned after being falsely reported by a user named orangepanda1000 on Roblox. This person made discriminatory remarks and engaged in harmful behavior. I have experienced hacking, scamming, and bullying on the platform, which makes me believe that Roblox is not a safe environment. The response time from customer service is slow, and it seems unfair how only one side of a situation is considered during bans. There is also inconsistency in enforcement, as I was banned previously for what seemed like a minor offense. It is frustrating to see certain users get away with exploiting glitches while others suffer consequences for minor infractions. The lack of support for regular users compared to well-known personalities is disheartening. Roblox needs to address these issues and improve their policies to create a fair and safe gaming space for everyone.

This morning, I gave my friend my tombstone in "Adopt Me" to try out for fun. I mentioned she could give it a try. Unfortunately, she didn't understand its value and traded it to the girl next to me. Initially, I thought it was my mistake and I had lent it to the wrong person. However, upon reviewing my trade history, I realized I had actually given it to my friend, who then traded it away. I reported this thinking the girl who had left the server had scammed me. Before I could fully understand what happened, my friend got banned for a week.
