I encountered a "Purchase Error (purchase in use)" message when I paid for a subscription via the Apple App Store. Even though my old Facebook account with Tinder has been deleted, a new one is in use. I unintentionally paid twice, once through the app store and again on the Tinder website. Can I please receive a refund for the extra month charged and an additional month of gold at no cost? I find it perplexing that a purchase through the app store was linked to a non-existent account. Apologies for any confusion in my message, as I am frustrated by the recurring glitches I encountered on Tinder, which have wasted more time than the value of a month's subscription.

When trying to access Tinder, I encountered a repeated issue with logging in. Initially, it prompted me to log in using Facebook, but then it would redirect me to another page indicating I couldn't use Facebook. I attempted to proceed using my phone number for verification, but after entering the code, I would end up on a blank page with just the Tinder logo and options to create a new profile or sign in with Facebook. Each time I attempted to fix the problem, an error message would appear, stating there was a problem logging out of my account. This frustrating cycle occurred consistently. I simply wish to resolve this matter and continue using Tinder without further complications. Any assistance in addressing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am writing to address the issue of a person impersonating me on Tinder for the third time. My name is Brent Mossburg, a football player at Michigan State University. Unfortunately, due to recent complications at our school, this impersonation has become a significant problem. The impersonator is adding individuals on Tinder, exchanging Snapchat information, and then creating a fake Snapchat account to send inappropriate photos to matches. This situation puts my academic and athletic career at risk as the NCAA could ban or suspend me based on false allegations. My coach, Coach Dantonio, closely monitors all players, and any misconduct could have severe consequences for the university and the football team. Additionally, my girlfriend is receiving messages implying I am unfaithful. This impersonator is not only jeopardizing my future in football but also my relationship. Your assistance in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated.

I signed up for the platform 2-3 days ago, and since then, I've faced multiple issues. Initially, my "about me" section disappeared, although I managed to re-enter the information. However, the next day, my entire profile vanished, and I couldn't log back in. The app repeatedly prompts me to create a new profile, but it consistently fails with an "Oops, try again later" error message. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times and spending hours attempting to resolve the problem, I've had no success. I've initiated a dispute with PayPal to request a refund of $30 for the service. It's frustrating that there is no customer service phone number available and no clear indication of when these issues might be resolved. After checking the Google Store reviews, I've noticed numerous other users facing similar challenges without any support or response. Had I known about these issues beforehand, I would not have chosen to download this app.

I have been experiencing ongoing discrimination on Tinder. Despite reaching out multiple times over several months, nothing has been resolved. As a transgender individual openly expressing my status in my bio, I face unfair reporting up to 3-4 times a day. I disclose my transgender identity to be transparent, but I am continuously targeted with reports. I have undergone gender confirmation surgery and am now anatomically female, clarifying my category. Yet, I am consistently reported, leading to unjust treatment. Moreover, as a paying gold member, I am unable to access my account, which is unacceptable. Tinder's reporting policy assumes guilt before innocence, which goes against fairness and American values. Despite my ongoing struggles, Tinder has not taken appropriate action and seems to empower those perpetuating discrimination. I am left with no option but to consider legal recourse, a step I am willing to take. My name on Tinder is Fallon, and I typically log in from Los Angeles, although I work in San Diego where the majority of the reports occur.

Since 6/4, I have been unable to access my account linked to [redacted] created on 6/3. I used it briefly on 6/3 but found myself locked out the next day. After reaching out on 6/4, I got a response from Noah suggesting a possible duplicate facebook account, which I clarified wasn't the case. Despite several follow-ups and a second request on 6/9, I only received a generic update about an ongoing investigation. I haven't had any further communication since then despite sending multiple emails. Hoping for some assistance with this issue.

I recently uninstalled my Tinder app temporarily to free up some space for another urgent app. Upon reinstalling it, I have encountered an issue where logging in with my phone number only connects me to my unused Facebook account, associated with a different email - [redacted] However, my actual Tinder account, which contains all my matches and conversations, is tied to a different email - [redacted] I am struggling to access my regular account, as I need to reconnect with individuals I was chatting with. Any assistance on how I can recover my original account is greatly appreciated. Thank you. EDIT: I suspect my account may have been deleted without cause, and I urgently need to retrieve it to access my matches and conversations.

I suspect that someone is using my phone number for their Tinder account. I have been receiving calls from people claiming it's their boyfriend's number, all from out-of-state numbers. My number is [redacted]. I kindly request that the account associated with my number be deactivated, or at least have my number removed from it. I believe a friend of mine used a code sent to my phone by someone online, potentially being scammed themselves or inadvertently involving me in a scam. I am currently cooperating with the police and Verizon to resolve this issue. I am concerned that my number is being used for fraudulent purposes. Please send me a new verification code for confirmation, as my friend and these individuals will no longer have access to it. Thank you for your assistance.

I canceled and deactivated my account several months ago, and was surprised to see another charge on my card. I had signed up and paid for a 6-month subscription, so please reverse this unauthorized charge. I am very disappointed with your company's automatic subscription renewal process after an account has been deactivated. Please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]. If this matter is resolved promptly, I will consider the issue resolved. Otherwise, I will involve my bank and authorities. Your marketing tactics are unfair to customers. Please rectify this situation promptly to avoid further escalation. Nick Beauchamp, also known as Nick Buenosdias

Yesterday, after work, when I tried to log in, the app prompted me to verify via SMS. After doing so, the app directed me to create a new account, even though I had never logged in through Facebook before. This loop continued on both the app and the desktop version, with no solution. I had upgraded my service four days ago, but had not interacted with anyone yet, so the abrupt account issue was puzzling. There was no inappropriate content on my profile. I find it unfair to have been charged $99.99 for a service that only lasted four days without providing a full year of service. I am struggling to comprehend your business practices in this regard. Your guidance is appreciated.

I am requesting a refund due to an unauthorized purchase made by my underage cousins. They mistakenly bought a yearly subscription using my account without my permission, thinking it was a monthly charge. This transaction has caused a significant financial strain as I am currently not working. Upon realizing this, I cancelled the subscription on the same day, disabled my card, and refrained from using any paid features. Once my financial situation improves, I may consider a monthly subscription. I have already reached out to Google Pay, who directed me to contact you, the developer, for assistance with the refund. Thank you for your understanding. - Ashley

I am requesting a refund as my account was accessed by my cousins without permission. They mistakenly purchased a year-long subscription thinking it was a small monthly fee. This unexpected charge has put me in a financial strain as I am currently not working. I acted promptly by canceling the subscription the same day and disabling my card. I have not utilized any of the subscribed features. Once my financial situation improves, I may consider a monthly subscription. I initially reached out to Google Pay, but they advised me to contact you directly for assistance. Thank you for your understanding, Ashley.

After using Tinder for seven years, including in between relationships that even started through the app, I was suddenly logged out without any explanation. I kept receiving error code A40303, indicating a violation of Tinder's terms and community guidelines. I'm certain I didn't behave inappropriately. Despite reaching out to Tinder support, I only received a generic response explaining the error code. I am eager to have my account reinstated or to be provided with a clear explanation for my sudden removal when I wasn't actively using the platform. After being a loyal user for such a long time without any prior issues, I believe I deserve a detailed email outlining the reasons behind this unexpected action.

I am frustrated with the recent purchase I made. I paid $54.99 for a 6-month subscription assuming it would be $9 per month, but now my account is overdrawn. I expected $9 to be deducted monthly for 6 months. This is unacceptable. I will escalate this matter if not resolved promptly. Currently, my account is in the negative due to this misleading information. I've been trying to address this for days without any response. I demand a refund and the cancellation of my order to restore the money to my account. Your lack of clarity has caused financial trouble for me. Urgent action is required to rectify this issue. -Matthew G.

I had an account last year which was working well. However, after taking a break due to dating someone, I decided to use the app again. Despite recreating the same account, I have not received any likes or matches in two weeks. Usually, I would get daily likes. I've observed my friends getting multiple matches in the same location and age range. Additionally, I noticed that I get logged out of the app every few days without any explanation. While I understand not everyone can get matches daily, the lack of activity for this long feels off. I'm reaching out for assistance because I've previously found the service enjoyable and effective.

My Tinder account is currently under review unfairly. It is associated with my Facebook account and has around 4,[redacted] matches, including some unused boosts that I paid for weekly. The 3 report rule for a review isn't fair in my situation as I have more matches than the average user. I can explain the reported incidents. One was from a conversation with a woman who stopped messaging me after realizing I wasn't in town, leading to a warning without further contact. The second time, I updated my profile with new pictures and bio, possibly triggering a jealous user to report me. Lastly, I messaged an account that seemed fake, leading to another review. Despite these issues, I have had positive interactions on the app and want to continue using it. I hope my account can be restored promptly. Thank you for your assistance.

My name is Richard, and I have a Tinder account linked to my email at [redacted] I was communicating with Laura on the app, and after meeting her yesterday, we had a great time together. Unfortunately, after our meeting, Laura deleted her account. In one of her final messages, she shared her phone number with me, but I forgot to note it down, leaving me with no way to contact her. I would be grateful if you could assist me in retrieving the message containing Laura's phone number or email address. Your help would mean a lot to me in continuing this wonderful connection. Best regards, Richard

Upon opening the app, I noticed that I had been unexpectedly logged out despite having used it recently. I typically log in using my phone number instead of Facebook. However, when I entered my number, rather than logging me in, I was directed to create a new Tinder account. Concerned that I may have been banned, I attempted to create a new account to apply my existing subscription, only to encounter an "oops something went wrong, try again later" message upon completion. Despite waiting and retrying multiple times, the issue persists. My friends' accounts are functioning normally, leading me to believe the problem lies with either the app or the Tinder network.

My son's cell phone was accessed by someone who created an unauthorized Tinder account, leading to an $87.98 charge on his debit card saved on the device. My son, being only 16 years old and prohibited from such platforms, did not authorize this transaction. I request a refund of the $87.98 to his debit card and assure you that he will promptly remove the app once the credit is processed. I am distressed by this incident, as my son is not inclined to engage in such behavior as a joke. Kindly confirm via email once the issue has been resolved. Thank you.
