I placed an order with Amazon on Saturday. There were * items, total, in the order - - two packages of postcards, some patriotic stickers, and some colored pens. The total of the order was $**.**, which Amazon said would be sent in two shipments. I selected free shipping, because these items are not urgent, but checked this morning to see if they had shipped and the orders are not listed on my account! I wouldn't care about this, either, but I used a VISA debit card to pay for the items and there is a "pending debit" for $**.** on my account. I checked my e-mail (regular and spam) and there's no message that the order has shipped, since I know from prior experience that you don't debit my account until the package ships. I don't know what to do from here. I don't have a tracking number because the order is not appearing on my account. If you can cancel the order and refund the money I was charged for a non-existent order, that's fine. If the order really did ship to me and just isn't appearing on my account for some reason, then I'd like the tracking number and an explanation of what happened. These items were supposed to come to my house in Broomall, PA. I did not authorize a change of address. I also did not receive an e-mail message confirming the order, but I didn't realize that until this morning. I don't know what other information I can give you. I did place another order about a month ago that arrived on June *th with no problem.

If you are having issues with your Ebay order that was already placed click https://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/il/en-us/. From there, you should be able to report the issue to Ebay using their forms.

*) Wait a few days to see if the package shows up! (It did, at least partially.) *) Check to see if the e-mail address was changed on your account. (It was, I still don't know HOW, but that's WHY I wasn't receiving the messages about the order. *) Understand that just because you're not receiving e-mail messages does NOT mean the order was not shipped - the messages could be going to someone else. *) Check your bank and credit card statements to make sure there are no unauthorized charges. If there are, you need to file a claim to dispute the charges with them and report it to Amazon. Note: Amazon customer service was no help with this! The man I spoke with could not find the order (because he was looking up the e-mail address, which had been changed. I found the problem myself, by going back to an old e-mail message from Amazon and using the link in that message to get to my account. I hope this helps someone else. It was a very frustrating day, but turned out okay in the end.
