I am writing to you as a frequent and very disappointed customer. The target located in Worcester MA on Lincoln street has become the last store I will go to due to the following: poor customer service, disorganization, items with no price or price located behind stack of items unable to see without taking all items off the hook first, staff is unfriendly and unable to answer questions regarding location of items during the changes taking place ( aside from two male employees that stand out from the rest as they are constantly working hard and extremely helpful), lack of cashiers.... as time has gone on the hours of having a cashier ringing have become earlier and earlier. I have been constantly redirected to use self checkout while watching the employees socialize and when I have said no thanks been able to hear the rude comments from the young women working there, including the remarks they make about other customers. If the manager on duty was not a part of this I would go to her but she is no different in her behavior. * Regarding my earlier statement there is one gentleman employee that deserves recognition. I do not know his name however he is the only employee who happens to have only one arm. He is the hardest working employee there and absolutely the friendliest and most helpful! The other male employee is generally tending to the shopping carts, a bit reserved and doesn't smile however I feel it may be due to the fact that he's the only other employee working hard. I also would like to mention the security personnel and that someone should pay attention to the demeanor that comes across, simply rude. I could go on but this is long enough. I hope someone looks into this location as I am not the only customer that is upset, it is the talk of the store among customers. I am only interested in bringing these issues to light and thank you for taking the time to read and look into this.
