Twice in the week of May 9th, my account was compromised. Initially, I received a notification from Facebook about a login from an unfamiliar location, which I promptly addressed by changing my password. The subsequent day, another login attempt was made from Texas, but due to time constraints, I couldn't immediately reset my password. However, when I did try to report the unauthorized access, it seemed the hacker had posted inappropriate content, resulting in my account being locked. I was notified of this lockout for inappropriate content and given 30 days to request a review. Unfortunately, I've been unable to find a way to request the review or report the hacking incident due to the lack of accessible buttons or options on the platform. I find this situation to be incredibly frustrating.

It appears someone has taken control of my Facebook account. Upon checking my Gmail, I noticed several emails from Facebook containing recovery codes. The latest one stated that my primary email had been changed to "[redacted]". All these emails were received today around 11:50am. Unfortunately, I can't regain access to my account as Facebook is directing the recovery process to the hotmail address. Despite my attempts to change the password, it keeps reverting back to the hotmail account for information. I've tried reaching out via phone but found your article about Facebook's customer service. Thank you for the helpful information. By the way, I have previously received emails about the Facebook recovery code but dismissed them as phishing attempts.

My account has been disabled. I am unable to use Facebook or Messenger due to a violation of the Community Standards. Hello. Recently, my Facebook account was locked, and I was asked to provide ID documentation to verify my age, which I did. After my account was restored, I noticed a post I didn't remember posting which led to a restriction. To address this, I secured my account by changing the password, enabling 2-factor authentication with Google Authenticator, and logged out of all sessions. However, this resulted in my account being locked, with the only option given to receive a code via SMS to a phone number I no longer have access to. I have access to all the email addresses linked to my profile but there is no option to send a code to an email. I have provided my ID here. Your assistance is appreciated.

Hello, I recently received a message regarding my Facebook account being disabled. I was informed that the review process typically takes a little over a day. At the moment, my account is not accessible to others, and I am unable to use it. Moving forward, Facebook will reevaluate my account, and if it complies with the Community Standards, I will regain access. However, if it is found to violate the standards, my account will be permanently disabled. I have logged out of my account for now. Thank you.

Hello, I am currently locked out of my FACEBOOK account and suspect it has been hacked. Recently, friends informed me that they received suspicious messages from my account prompting them to click on a financial link, which I would never do. The issue lies in the fact that my username is an email address that was deleted by Cox Communications, making it impossible to recover. Despite multiple attempts to regain access using various passwords, I have been unsuccessful. About two weeks ago, I attempted to verify my identity by uploading my ID via the link facebook.com/login/idenity, but have not received any response. When I now try to use the link, it does not allow me to access it and continues in a loop. I urgently need assistance from FACEBOOK to regain access to my account. Thank you.

My Facebook account has been hacked. The hacker managed to change my primary email address linked to the account, gaining access. They are now contacting my customers and friends through my account, asking for money through Cashapp, Zelle, and Venmo. This is a scam and is causing distress to my contacts. If anyone receives messages regarding orders from me, please do not send any payments. I have the login and password, and the account is linked to my phone number and two-factor authentication. The name on the account profile is "Nazar" with the last name "Khaidovski". The birthdate is [redacted].03.05. The profile information is a pseudonym, and I do not have documents for this name and last name. I can provide all login details and verify it through various methods (primary email, phone, code). Please restore the account as I am the rightful owner. I can't upload documents with the profile information as it is a pseudonym, but I have other verification methods that belong to me. You have all the data and verification methods to confirm the account ownership. The phone number on the account can be confirmed as mine, and the email linked to the account can also be confirmed.

I have been a long-time Facebook user. Unfortunately, I lost access to my original account in December when I lost my phone. I forgot my password, and when I try to log in on a different device, I can't proceed without it. I attempted to use a new email address as an alternative, as I no longer have access to my old email linked to the account. I verified a new email to connect to my Facebook, but now it prompts for a login code. Since the number linked to my account was on the sim card in my lost phone, I can't receive the code. Moreover, submitting my ID for verification has been unsuccessful, as each attempt gets rejected. Despite trying for months, I am still unable to access my account. I have no option but to reach out to customer service for further assistance.

Three weeks ago, my account was compromised and I was notified via email. I reset my password and then was locked out for 24 hours due to too many failed text confirmation attempts. After waiting a few days, I attempted to access my account again, only to find out that it was suspended for allegedly posting inappropriate content. I am certain I did not post such material. It is possible that something was posted while my account was compromised. I urge a thorough check against my IP address to verify my innocence. The last post I made was of my dog. When I tried submitting an appeal, the page froze, rendering me unable to proceed. I also encountered an error on the appeal page on Facebook. With my account scheduled for permanent deletion in 7 days, I desperately seek guidance on how to file an appeal properly.

I recently received an email from Facebook on June 10th informing me that my personal account was disabled due to not following community standards. Despite being an infrequent user who doesn't post often, I disagreed with the decision and submitted my ID for verification, as instructed. The process, which was supposed to take no more than a day per the email, has now taken three days. Upon reviewing the email, I noticed an unusual login from Vietnam, indicating a potential hacking attempt that led to the account's disablement. I couldn't refute this login as the account was already disabled. The fact that I use two-factor authentication makes it puzzling how the hacker accessed my account without requiring a code from my mobile number, to which I have exclusive access. Moreover, the suspension of my personal account has affected my linked Instagram business page. I kindly request a review of the situation to understand why my account was disabled. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Last Friday my Facebook account was hacked. I managed to recover my password, but the hackers posted inappropriate content which led to my account being disabled. I have been using Facebook for many years and have over 10,[redacted] pictures of my children that I desperately need to retrieve for sentimental value. This is my first time experiencing being hacked, and I am unsure of the process to prove it wasn't me. I have tried reaching out through several email addresses I found online since Friday but have yet to receive a response. Unfortunately, I followed their instructions without realizing it was a scam. Now, my Facebook page has been hacked, and irrelevant content is being posted.
