I upgraded to Tinder Platinum and used 10 successful Boosts, but I'm not seeing any Likes. I keep seeing the same people repeatedly. I attempted to reach out to Tinder Support with no luck. I also tried deleting my profile without success. The Likes I send are not showing up either. Even after reinstalling the app, the issue persists. I have been unfairly banned from Tinder despite having a clean record on the platform. I had my account on pause and when I returned, I was banned without cause. I am seeking a refund for the month I paid for Tinder services. My login number was [redacted]7, and I used the email [redacted]. I have already reached out to the CEO via email, but have encountered issues with various email addresses not working. I demand a prompt resolution to this issue and a refund for the discrimination I have faced. I have also informed the CEO that I will escalate this matter to local and national newspapers if necessary. Tinder's lack of responsiveness and vague customer service channels are disrespectful to users. I will persist in seeking justice for this unfair treatment until I receive a satisfactory response and refund.

Hello, I recently installed Tinder a few days ago but realized it's not for me, so I uninstalled it from my phone yesterday. To my surprise, I noticed a charge of 12.85 euros on my bank account this morning, although I never entered my credit card number. It seems this payment could occur monthly. I consider this unauthorized charge a form of coercion and demand an immediate refund. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will report this scam to the consumer protection agency. I have also informed my bank. I await your swift response.

Hello, I'm a 21-year-old woman who has been using Tinder since I was 19. Recently, while chatting with a match, the app unexpectedly closed. When I tried to log back in, it claimed I was under 18. I provided proof of my age but it was rejected. Hello, I'm Jeff Handfield. I signed up for the gold membership, which was supposed to be £16.99, but I was charged £85.99 instead. This was not the price advertised on the site, and this feels like cheating. I want a refund and to close my account. It is dishonest to advertise one price and charge a different amount after I entered my bank details. This feels like fraud to me. I do not want to pay £85.99 for this service. Please refund the difference to my account. Thank you.

I used Tinder in a friendly and respectful manner. However, I recently got banned for making a joke about being underaged during a conversation. It was a mistake, and I understand that it was inappropriate given that Tinder is for individuals aged 18 and above. I've tried to create a new account with a different number, but it still shows as banned. I would like to apologize for my error and would appreciate the opportunity to either regain access to my previous account or start fresh. I miss using Tinder, and this ban has been a hindrance. I have noticed several unauthorized charges on my account. There have been three charges of $26.99 and two charges of $17.98. I would like to request the removal of these charges. Initially, I signed up with a fake name to investigate my suspicions about my husband, only to discover he was indeed cheating. I upgraded my account in the hopes of revisiting certain information, but the system did not allow me the access I needed. Despite upgrading to the gold membership, the issue persisted. Subsequently, I cancelled the account and re-registered using the same fake details. After encountering multiple charges, I deactivated the account the following day. Good evening, I was banned for a message I sent on Tinder Platinum that was reported as offensive, which was not my intention. Despite the nature of the message, it was meant to be creatively flirtatious and not harassing. I understand some may not like it, but the intention was not to upset anyone. I have been a loyal paying customer with Tinder and have never broken any rules. My aim was simply to interact, flirt, and possibly find a date. Good morning, The profile search filter by location is not functioning properly. I am currently in one location, but profiles from hundreds of kilometers away and even from other countries are showing up. Additionally, at times, the distance is displayed in miles even though I have set it to kilometers in the settings. Furthermore, profiles of ages outside of the filter I set are also appearing. Please advise on how to resolve this issue. Thank you

I currently have a Tinder Gold subscription for the next four months, but my account has been hacked. The hacker changed the phone number associated with the account, but my email address remains the same, thankfully. The hacker has been sending inappropriate messages from my account, putting it at risk of being banned.
